Dear Chris, Many thanks for your email and all the wonderful memories of our trip to the Maestrazgo area two years ago – we adored it and were so thankful for your recommendations then!  It remains one of our most treasured Spanish trips with so much variety in the landscape.  I couldn't recommend it highly enough for anyone who wants to get off the beaten track!
